XPCO Holdings Inc. (“XPCO,” “we,” “us”) operates xpco.ai. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out. We keep it plain and short so you know what’s happening.

What we collect

  • Analytics. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to measure page views, scroll depth, referrer, and engagement patterns. This helps us understand what’s working on the site.
  • Visitor identification (US only). For visitors located in the United States, we use RB2B to identify the LinkedIn profile and company associated with an IP address. Visitors outside the United States are not identified by this service.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) retains standard request logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamps.

Why we collect it

XPCO is in active investor outreach. We use visitor data to understand which investors, strategic partners, and operators are engaging with our materials so we can follow up directly. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How to opt out

  • RB2B identification: app.retention.com/optout
  • Data access or deletion request: email info@xpco.ai and we will action it within a reasonable time.
  • Browser controls: Most browsers support clearing cookies and storage. We honor Do Not Track browser signals where supported.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Visitor identification records are retained for up to 24 months or until deletion is requested. Server logs follow our hosting provider’s standard retention policy.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top.
